Sometimes we really do get by with a little help from our friends. Share a session with a friend, spouse, or co-worker. Having a buddy can sometimes make it easier to stick with your new habit.

In person groups with other newbies.

Other times having a community of people who share your your interest and commitment to practicing yoga can be just what you need to be consistent with your yoga practice.

Sessions to help you shape your yoga journey.

Then there are times when you have questions or want a “do over” that doesn’t fit into a typical yoga class flow. Here you will flow, ask questions, and learn how to incorporate all 8 limbs of yoga into your practice.
